Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Schenectady County (Assini, J.), entered July 25, 2006, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b, to adjudicate respondent’s children to be abandoned and terminated respondent’s parental rights.
The four children who are the subject of this proceeding have been in petitioner’s custody since the spring of 2003 by way of voluntary placement agreements executed by their parents.
