Thomas R. Arthur is seeking relief under Section 75 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 203. Fred D. Arthur is the transferee from Fulton National Bank of certain claims against the debtor, and is appealing along with him and Fulton National Bank from the allowance as a valid claim of an execution issued April 19, 1932, against Thomas R.
