—In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant City of Yonkers appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Nicolai, J.), dated February 24, 1992, which, after a nonjury trial finding it 50% at fault in the happening of the accident, is in favor of the plaintiff and against it in the principal sum of $170,095.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
