This litigation grows out of a collision between a two-ton Ford truck and a passenger bus. The accident occurred on U. S. Highway 61 some two and a half miles north-east of the corporate limits of the City of Natchez between 6:30 and 7:00 o ’clock on the morning of September 12,1953. Highway 61 runs generally north and south, but at the place of the- accident, and for some distance on either side thereof, it runs northeasterly and southwesterly.
