§ 126. Jurisdiction of county court; attachment lien upon land; construction of statute, and of the constitution; Shandy v. Conrales & Logeman, W. & W. Con. Rep. 238, approved; Hillebrand v. It is, “Has the county court, under our constitution and existing laws, jurisdiction to enforce a lien upon land created by the levy of an attachment ? ” .
