Crittenden, was arrested and tried for a breach of the peace, the deceased, Rose Mosby, a colored boy about nineteen years old, then employed as dining-room servant by appellant’s father, being a witness against him' At the trial Mosby testified that Young, with whom appellant had the altercation, did not call the latter a white son of a b — h.
