delivered the opinion of the court:
This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of Lake County setting aside objections to a petition for annexation of the lands of the petitioner to the Village of Round Lake Park.
The objector, Grayslake Gelatin Company, an adjoining land owner, contends that the petition is invalid because (1) the petitioners have not sustained their burden of proving the lands sought to be annexed are contiguous to the Village of Round Lake Park and (2) the petitioners are not bona fide "owners” of the lands sought to be annexed,…
