There was exhibited in the county court of Knox county an instrument in writing with a codicil attached, purporting to be the last will and testament of James A. Bundy, deceased. From the order admitting the same to probate the heirs of the testator prosecuted an appeal to the circuit court of that county, under that clause of the 4th section of the act in relation to “Wills” which provides that appeals may be taken from the order of a county court allowing or disallowing any will to probate, to the circuit court of the same county, by any person interested in such will, and the trial of such…
