ORDER AND JUDGMENT*

LUCERO, Circuit Judge.

Gwyenne Phillips, a state prisoner currently held at the Davis Correctional Facility in Oklahoma, appeals the dismissal of his habeas petition by the district court. We affirm.

On July 24, 1989, Phillips was sentenced in federal district court to a sixty-month prison sentence and three years of supervised release after pleading guilty to one count of possession of a firearm by a former felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1).
