This appeal is the latest of several judicial proceedings which have played a role in determining the various legal consequences of a misdeed which took place about ten years ago. The parties before the Court are appellant George Feldman, trustee in bankruptcy for Leasing Consultants Incorporated (“Leasing”), and appellee Podell & Podell, a now defunct New York law firm.
