Park Lane Properties, Inc., owner of the Park Lane Hotel in Denver, the Colorado National Bank of Denver, Heino F. Busch and Charles Forman as trustees under mortgages or deeds of trust thereon, here seek to reverse a judgment rendered in the Denver district court awarding to W. E. Fisher and A. A.
