This was an action brought' by the appellees, Nancy A. Miller, John A. Miller, Henry C. Miller and James Miller, against the appellant, Lawson Popijoy. The complaint is in three paragraphs. The first and third paragraphs allege a mistake in a deed, by which too much land was conveyed, and seeks to have it reformed and to quiet appellees’ title to the surplus land described in the deed.
