In this case, we must decide whether the Texas Public Information Act (PIA), Tex. Gov’t Code §§ 552.001-.353, requires disclosure of the names, positions, and hire dates of the public employees whose interviews are summarized in a completed investigation report regarding a claim of racially discriminating hiring practices at appellee Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART).
