The appellee recovered a judgment in the trial court for $1,954.43, which appellant claims is not sustained by the evidence and is contrary to the law in the case.
It appears from this record that on about the 10th day of September, 1897, The Fidelity Mutual Life Insurance Association of Philadelphia issued to appellee a certain policy of insurance for the sum of $2,000, payable upon his death to his wife, Anna Noth.
