I. A. Coward, Ben Booth, Allen Hime,' Ambrose . Akers, and Steve Nixon, 'claiming to be property owners and taxpay ers in road district No. 2, of Atascosa county, filed a contest of an election for tlie issuance of bonds in the sum of $250,000 for road purposes, against L. Morgan Williams, the county attorney of Atascosa county. The court heard the evidence and rendered judgment sustaining the validity of the election.
