Plaintiffs move under Rule 14(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S. C. A. following Section 723c, for an order permitting them to serve a summons and amended complaint so as to state a claim against the third-party defendants implead-ed by the defendant M. A. Henry Co., a New York corporation.
