HANSEN, Circuit Judge.

Shon Lamar Sanders’ first trial resulted in a hung jury and a mistrial. He was retried and convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1); possessing cocaine base with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1); and carrying a firearm during and in relation to drug trafficking, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(l)(A)(i). Sanders was sentenced to 175 months in prison, consisting of concurrent 115-month prison terms for the felon-in-possession and drug convictions, and a mandatory consecutive 60-month prison…
