James Robinson Poole filed this petition for habeas corpus seeking release from his civil commitment as a Sexual Psychopathic Personality (SPP) and a Sexually Dangerous Person (SDP) under the Minnesota Sexual Psychopathic Personality and Sexu ally Dangerous Person Acts, Minn.Stat. §§' 253B.02, subds. 18b, 18c; 258B.18, subds. 2, 3; 253B.185 (2002).
