Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Braun, J.), rendered May 22, 2003, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree, assault in the first degree, attempted assault in the first degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree (two counts), criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
