Appellant Brandon Flowers was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. Appellant argues two points of appeal. He first challenges the sufficiency of the evidence on grounds that (a) there was insufficient evidence that the victim was killed during a robbery; (b) the testimony by his accomplices was not corroborated; (c) there was insufficient evidence that the victim’s death was caused under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life; and (d) appellant had an alibi.
