Mrs. Thompson brought suit for slander, and obtained a verdict for $500. Exception is taken to the judgment overruling the defendant’s motion for a new trial. Inasmuch as it can not be said that the verdict is without evidence to support it, we shall not discuss the general grounds of the motion for new trial; for unless the verdict was induced by some of the errors as*552signed in the other grounds of the motion, there would be no theory upon which this court could order another trial.
