Appellant challenges a final summary judgment in her malicious prosecution action against appellee, a lawyer whose client obtained a judgment against appellant in the underlying action. The trial court granted summary judgment both on the application of the litigation privilege to bar the claims, as well as on the conclusion that there was no material issue of fact that appellee had probable cause in pursuing the underlying action.
