Greco v. Zuidema

—In two related support proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, the father appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County (Brands, J.), dated January 9, *6812002, as denied his objections to so much of an order of the same court (Kaufman, H.E.), dated November 7, 2001, as, after a hearing, inter alia, directed him to pay child support in the amount of $210.71 weekly. Justice Schmidt has been substituted for the late Justice O’Brien (see 22 NYCRR 670.1 [c]).

Ordered that the order dated January 9, 2002, is reversed insofar as appealed…
