The plaintiff, curator of the estate of Jean Gravier, represents in his petition, that his intestate always conducted his business in a very careless manner, neglected his numerous engagements, and from the year 1803 to the time of his death suffered many judgments to be rendered against him, and much of his property to be seized and sold under execution.
