Yocum, Cahaba Valley Timber Company, Inc., Cahaba Valley Mulch, Inc., and Cahaba Valley Lumber Company, Inc., four of the defendants in an action pending in the Jefferson Circuit Court, petition this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the Jefferson Circuit Court to transfer this case to the Dallas Circuit Court pursuant to § 6-3-21.1, Ala. Code 1975, theforum non conveniens statute. We deny the petition.
