Cross appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Tait-, J.), entered October 13, 2006 in Tioga County, which, among other things, partially granted motions by defendants Christopher Barber, Patricia Barber, Town of Owego and David Ferris for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against them.
