*652In a proceeding, inter alia, for a judgment declaring that certain deeds executed by the respondent Patrick T. Sullivan are null and void, the appeal is from an order of the Surrogate’s Court, Rockland County (Nelson, A.S.), dated February 17, 2005, which, after a nonjury trial, denied the petition and declared that the deeds were valid.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
