ORDER DENYING DISMISSAL OR STAY

BEEKS, Senior District Judge.

This suit results from the loss of a shipment of corn and grain which occurred during-a contractual salvage operation of the chartered barge, ANTONE F, by third-party defendants, Crowley Maritime Salvage Company (Crowley) and Crowley’s tug, SIOUX. The barge was initially being towed from Washington to Hawaii by ELLENA HICKS, a tug owned by Gulf Coast Transit Co. (Gulf Coast).
