Troy Collins and Jennilu Collins, his wife, appeal from their conviction of the manufacture of controlled substances for which they were each sentenced to a term of 8 years and a fine of $8,000. They maintain that the trial court erred in not suppressing evidence of 350 potted marijuana plants found to be growing in their residence. They advance several arguments that the warrant pursuant to which the search was conducted was both constitutionally and statutorily defective.
