In an action, inter alia, for a declaration of the unconstitutionality and illegality of the operation of charter bus and school bus transportation by defendants and for related injunctive relief, plaintiffs appeal from an order-judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 2, 1974, which, inter alia, (1) denied plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment, (2) granted defendants’ cross motions for summary judgment and (3) dismissed the complaint.
