This was an action of ejectment, to recover an undivided moiety of two lots in Yazoo City. The case has been heretofore before us, and is reported in 28 Miss. 600.
The lessor of the plaintiff, in deraigning his title, showed that the premises in controversy were granted by the United States to one Leflore, and offered and read in evidence a contract in writing, entered into between Leflore, of the one part, and George W.
