Appellant’s decedent, George Wilson, replevied from the appellee, then sheriff of Cook county, certain personal goods and chattels incident to the carrying on of a saloon business, which appellee had levied upon in favor of the Peter Schoenhofen Brewing Company, about a year and a half before, as the property of one Bernard K.
