James D. Hunt was last employed as a porter by Schlichter Jute Cordage Company, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His final day of Avork was May 26, 1961. His application for benefits was disallowed by the Bureau of Employment Security, the Referee, and the Board of RevieAV on the ground that his unemployment was due to his discharge for wilful misconduct connected with his work under Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law. Act of December 5, 1936, *436P. L, (1937) 2897, 43 P.S. 802(e). This appeal followed.
