Plaintiff Ainsley Stewart brings this action against the Transport Workers Union of Greater New York, Local 100, Transport Workers Union of America, AFL-CIO (“Local 100”), seeking to recover allegedly unpaid wages. Specifically, plaintiff alleges that defendant failed to pay wages, including compensation for overtime, allegedly owed to plaintiff as a result of his service as an elected official of Local 100.
