The appellants are three of four plaintiffs who filed a putative class action against ap-pellee TranSouth Financial Corporation and others, seeking redress under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq., for damages they sustained as victims of a “revolving repossession” scheme.
