GSI Commerce Solutions, Inc. (“GSI”) petitions the Court for an order compelling arbitration, and respondent BabyCenter, L.L.C. (“BabyCenter”) cross-moves for an order disqualifying Blank Rome LLP as GSI’s counsel in the underlying arbitration proceedings. Both parties agree that GSI’s underlying breach of contract claim against BabyCenter is governed by an arbitration provision in the parties’ contract, and both parties are fully prepared to arbitrate GSI’s claim.
