Hilton, Justice.

Peter Roberts, a bachelor 67 years of age, died intestate December 28, 1935. His closest surviving next of kin were two sisters, 54 and 70 years of age. They have both been feeble-minded since *219infancy and confined to an institution for several years. Decedent was legal guardian of their estates from 1918 until his death.
