In this civil action, plaintiff, PC Connection, Inc. (hereinafter “plaintiff’ or “PC Connection”), sues the defendant, Dayton Crabtree (hereinafter “defendant” or “Crabtree”), alleging cyberpiracy, trademark infringement, violations of state consumer protection law, and other federal claims under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1051, et seq.
