MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BROWNING, District Judge.
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on: (i) the Plaintiffs’ Petition for Default on Failure to Answer, filed August 30, 2004 (Doc. 7); and (ii) the Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment and Brief, filed Septem*665ber 21, 2004 (Doc. 9). The primary issue is whether the Court has jurisdiction over the Defendants in this case. Because the Court finds that the Plaintiffs have not properly served the Defendants in this case, the Court will allow Ms. Williamson ten days to perfect service.
