This is a petition brought by the New York State Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities seeking an order directing the coconservators to (1) establish a burial account in the amount of $1,500 and a patient account in the amount of $3,000; (2) pay the outstanding statutory claim of the State; and (3) file a final account.
