The nature and result of this suit as related by the defendant and agreed to by the plaintiff as being correct will be adopted.
This is a suit by R. L. Crosier, the former County Attorney of Johnson County, against the County for additional salary claimed to be owing to him by the County for each of the years 1937 to 1942, inclusive. The trial court held that the plain- ■ tiff’s claim for additional salary for .each of the months from January 1, 1937, to June 30, 1940, was barred by limitation.
