Defendants Marc Tomlinson, Vearl Sneed, Mats Larsson, and Larry Neese (collectively, “Defendants”) filed proofs of claim in the bankruptcy case of Basin Resources Corporation (“Debtor”). John James Jenkins, Chapter 7 Trustee (“Trustee”) for the Debt- or, filed this proceeding to subordinate the claims of these Defendants, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 510.
