Plaintiffs, Jim and Catherine Urban, filed this action as co-administrators of the estate of their deceased daughter, Lisa Urban, seeking recovery against defendants, Village of Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire police officer Alan David Boyes, for the death of the decedent arising from a collision between the motorcycle on which she was riding and an automobile.
