It appearing to the court that:(1) by virtue of the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, 9 Stat. 922 (1848), and the Mission Indian Act of January 12, 1891, 26 Stat. 712, the United States holds the lands involved in this action in trust for the Agua Caliente Band of Mission Indians;.
