IN from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Czajka, J.), rendered October 25, 2002, convicting defendant upon her plea of guilty of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree.

Defendant and her paramour were charged in a nine-count indictment with numerous drug-related crimes after the police recovered approximately seven ounces of cocaine and miscellaneous drug paraphernalia from the apartment that defendant shared with her infant daughter.
