Appellant Derrick Thurman challenges his convictions for malice murder and other crimes in connection with the shooting death of Timothy Hobbs.1 In his sole enumeration of error, Appellant contends that his trial counsel provided ineffective assistance by failing to investigate and call Appellant’s grandmother, Bernice Thurman, as an alibi witness.
