State Highway Commission in which the Water Company seeks review in the Circuit Court of St. Louis Cdunty, under the provisions of Chapter 536, particularly Secs. 536.100 and 536.110 (statutory references are to RSMo and V.A.M.S.) of an order of the Commission directing relocation of its water mains on state owned highway right of way at its own expense.
