The plaintiffs, the Wards and the News, sought an interlocutory injunction restraining and enjoining the defendants, Murdock and Davis, from interfering with their use and enjoyment of an alleged 50-foot right-of-way adjacent to lots they owned. The superior court granted summary judgment to the plaintiffs, ruling that a 50-foot right-of-way and a prescriptive easement for ingress and egress existed.
