Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for King county, Frater, J., entered May 27, 1916, upon sustaining a demurrer to the complaint, dismissing an action on contract, tried to the court.

— The purpose of this action was to recover damages for the breach of an alleged contract of employment. To the third amended complaint, which will be hereafter referred to as the complaint, a demurrer was interposed and sustained by the trial court. The plaintiff refused to plead further and elected to stand upon the complaint. From a judgment of dismissal, the plaintiff appeals.
