Judgment of conviction and sentence to life imprisonment was entered on jury verdict finding Robert Louis Denson, Jr., guilty of murder in the first degree. Den-son appeals.
On March 10, 1976, in an attempted robbery of the North Hills Bank in Clay County, Missouri, a bank guard, Warren Jack-man, was shot and killed. The appellant was arrested and charged, along with others, under the felony murder statute. § 559.010, RSMo 1969.
